May I fire my ceramic pieces in the studio kiln?Yes, you can rent the whole kiln or fire individual pieces.

What is the price of the pieces fires?Single pieces - according to the dimensions of the piece (you can send an email with the dimensions to know the price). Fires: First fire – 35€ Low temperature glaze fire – 40€ High temperature glaze fire – 50€

Are the pieces all produced by Cobalto Collective?Yes, all pieces are produced by one of the artists of Cobalto Collective, Mariana Jerónimo and Miguel Fernandes, or both.

Do you use molds to produce the pieces?No. All pieces are handmade and we don't use any type of mold. For this reason, they are handcrafted pieces.

How long are the workshops?We have workshops with several durations. For more information, you can consult the “Workshops” page on our website.

When can I sign up for a workshop?In the vast majority of activities, you can sign up at any time of the year and you just need to select the workshop and the time. However, throughout the year we have some workshops with scheduled dates.

What are the workshop schedules?Information about the workshop schedules can be found on the "Workshops" page.

Do you have any other workshops besides ceramics?We occasionally have some different workshops, organized by other artists and teachers than Coletivo Cobalto.

At the end of the workshop, may I take the pieces home?Yes. At the end of the workshop and after the pieces fires, you can pick them up in our studio.

When can I pick up the pieces after the workshop?After each workshop, the pieces need two fires. So, it can take between 3 to 4 weeks to be completely finalized.

Do you have beginner and advanced classes in the workshops?No. Classes are designed according to class schedules and the availability of participants. In this way, there may be in the same class students with and without experience, allowing them to share knowledge already obtained.

May I sign up in a ceramic workshop without any kind of experience?Yes. Participants are always accompanied by one of the teachers, learning the techniques from beginning.

How can I sign up for a workshop?You can sign up by email (cobalto.studio.braga@gmail.com) or use the registration form, which can be found on the “Workshops” page, choosing the schedule that you prefer. You will then receive an email with the data for the payment.

How can I buy a Cobalto Collective piece if I’m not in Braga?You can buy any piece through our online shop, which can be found here on the website in the main menu.

Can I pay for the piece via Mbway, Revolut or bank transfer?Yes. After choosing the piece that you want, you will have to select which type of payment you prefer. In this case, you can choose manual payment (Mbway, Revolut or bank transfer). You must send the proof by email or WhatsApp to Cobalto Collective, with the name of the piece that you want.

How do I proceed with ordering a piece that has already been sold?Go to the online shop and select the piece that you want to order. In the case of a piece that has already been sold, click the "order" button and proceed with the payment. Considering that they are handmade pieces, their production can take up to 3 weeks.

How long does it take to ship the piece after the payment?Shipping can take between 1 to 3 working days.

What is the shipping cost?After selecting the piece and entering the address, the shipping cost will be displayed.

What are the return and refund policies?. After the costumer receives the piece, the approval and return process can take up to 7 days. . Shipping costs for refunds are paid by the costumer. . The refund is made within 7 working days, after receipt and evaluation of the piece by Cobalto Collective.
